was the youngest ever contestant to win the Swiss Culinary Cup. Trained by legendary chef Horst Petermann, Schelling earned his spurs with the world’s best chefs, such as Ferran Adrià, Heston Blumenthal, Seiji Yamamoto (Ryugin Tokyo) and Andreas Caminada. But his feet are still very much on the ground. Today he puts his skills to good use in private kitchens or at events all over the world. When he’s not cooking, he undertakes culinary journeys between Asia, Europe and the USA, looking into the saucepans of inspiring restaurant kitchens, tinkering with new recipes and trying out new cooking techniques.
