Ralph Schelling is one of the most high-profile Swiss chefs of his generation. Now he is a guest at Giardina 2020 and will be pampering visitors with three gelati creations under the “Ralph for Giardina” label, created especially for the garden event. All ice creams are made exclusively from Swiss products and natural ingredients, such as the milk for the Fior di Latte which comes from the Jersey cows of Toggenburg cheesemaker Willi Schmid (pictured on right with Ralph Schelling).
