Ralph Schelling is one of the most high-profile Swiss chefs of his generation. He will be pampering Giardina visitors with three gelati creations under the “Ralph for Giardina” label, created especially for the garden event. All ice creams are made exclusively from Swiss products and natural ingredients, such as the milk for the Fior di Latte which comes from the Jersey cows of Toggenburg cheesemaker Willi Schmid (pictured on right with Ralph Schelling). The three exclusive gelati are only available at Giardina.
