The Baumann family from the DIROSO winery promises "Eppis Güots" (something good). At their stand at Giardina (Hall 5 / A16), they present the results of their daily work: wines that are pressed with great passion in various plots between Turtmann and Varen. In addition to traditional Valais varieties, the focus is on rare specialities and rare wines.
