The original olive groves of the Mediterranean region are home to trees that have survived for centuries. Every drop tells the story of ancient olive trees. Their varieties are rare, their heritage unique. Mitera has set itself the task of preserving these ancient varieties, cultivating them sustainably and using them to create a pure, premium olive oil. This video tells the story of origin, responsability and a taste that can only be created where time does not play a central role.
