Biological excellence from La Côte
The Domaine de la Brazière family winery in Vaud is exhibiting at Giardina for the first time. Discover how Serge Dentan combines craftsmanship and organic farming on his 6-hectare estate in Tartegnin to produce wines of the highest purity and quality.
A heart for nature: organic winegrowing in Tartegnin
The Domaine de la Brazière is a gem in the heart of Vaud's La Côte region. The Dentan family cultivates their vines on six hectares of land, strictly adhering to the principles of organic farming. Their philosophy is: mechanisation yes, but only where it does not compromise quality. The result is wines that authentically reflect the terroir of Tartegnin.
From seedling to glass: everything from a single source
What makes Domaine de la Brazière special is its complete control over the entire production process. From the initial planting of the vines to the bottling of the wine, every step is carried out on the estate itself. This dedication guarantees distinctive organic wines year after year, combining tradition with modern ecological standards.
Diversity in the white and red wine range
Visitors to Giardina can look forward to a wide range of organic delicacies. The range includes elegant white wines such as Chasselas, Auxerrois and Chardonnay aged in barriques. Red wine lovers will find their favourites in the cuvée made from Pinot Noir and Gamay or the powerful blend of Diolinoir and Merlot. The portfolio also includes a fine sweet wine and a sparkling wine.
