Regular service for long-term enjoyment

To ensure the functionality and longevity of your retractable awnings, it is advisable to carry out a comprehensive service every five years. For public installations, a service every three years is advisable. This involves replacing all ropes, checking screws and shaft connections and, if necessary, replacing pulleys and height-adjustable ropes.

Professional cleaning

As awnings are exposed to all weather conditions, regular cleaning is important. We offer a special washing service: The fabric is dismantled, professionally cleaned and reassembled after 6-12 weeks. The cleaning season runs from the beginning of September to the end of February.

• Care products for the season

  We recommend three special products for annual care:

  • Abba Mousse: Removes and protects against green deposits along the edges.

  • Abba Clean: General cleaning of the fabric.

  • Rope care product: Protects the black tensioning ropes against abrasion and UV influences and prevents or eliminates squeaking noises.

Service registration

The service season lasts from the beginning of September to the end of February. No services can be offered during the main season. In the event of a rope breakage during the main season, the response time is 1-3 weeks.
