A spectacular terrace overlooking the swimming pool of a luxurious villa in Nantes, surrounded by lush greenery. The choice of this raised floor creates a little paradise that can be enjoyed without having to worry about maintenance, special cleaning or water backflow problems.
The 260m2 terrace was built entirely with the GRF system, the installation system for raised floors that rest on a substructure of grating. The motto for this project was: stability, which is why theNew MAXI(NM1, NM2 and NM3) pedestals were chosen. The flooring is completed with 100x100 slabs, a non-standard format that is easy to install thanks to the substructure.
