Central Theme 2027

Each year, Giardina presents a selection of key themes. As timely sources of inspiration, these central themes encourage exchange between garden enthusiasts, industry professionals and journalists, while generating excellent media visibility.

«My Favourite Place»

Every garden tells a story. Some are places for coming together, while others offer peace and relaxation. Some invite us to enjoy, others to play, discover or work. What unites them all is that one special feeling: I love being here. I want to stay.

This is the very feeling at the heart of Giardina 2027.

Under the central theme “My Favourite Place”, we present gardens, terraces and balconies not only as beautifully designed outdoor spaces, but as personal living spaces. Places that reflect the people who use them, respond to their needs and enrich their everyday lives. After all, every favourite place is as individual as the person it belongs to. For some, it is a shaded bench beneath a tree. For others, it is an outdoor kitchen, a family garden, a natural pool, a blooming balcony or a cosy lounge on the terrace. Favourite places emerge wherever design and personality come together. Giardina invites visitors to discover this diversity. They can experience inspiring ideas, different lifestyles and creative solutions for large gardens as well as small balconies and urban terraces. Each exhibition contribution can show how an outdoor space becomes a place where people love to spend time.
